Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the existing features of the TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning and TIBCO Streambase products.
Develop new features and functionalities to align with customer needs and market trends.
Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the software.
Provide technical support to customers by investigating and resolving product issues in a timely manner.
Deliver patches and fixes to ensure the smooth operation of customer environments.
Collaborate with the support team to address critical escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Write, review, and optimize code in Java, C++, Python, and C for product development and enhancement.
Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for product deployment and scalability.
Leverage Unix-based systems for development, debugging, and deployment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and customer support, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant technologies and integrate them into the product as appropriate.
Drive initiatives for process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of software development experience, with a focus on enterprise-grade systems.
Hands-on expertise in Java, C++, C, Python, Unix, Docker, Transaction Management and Kubernetes.
Extensive experience with TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning, TIBCO Streambase, and TIBCO Kabira.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design.
Proven track record of delivering fixes, patches, and updates for complex software products.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience working in telecom or other industries involving provisioning workflows.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
Strong knowledge of database technologies and distributed systems.
Prior experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
