Responsibilities
Work with Tampa site leadership to identify and prioritize projects in support of Tampa’s business needs.
Lead Program Management of the Tampa Site Master Plan, enhancing regulatory compliance and increasing manufacturing capabilities.
Provide SME knowledge in construction management, design, installation, troubleshooting of aseptic clean rooms, process equipment, utility systems.
Manage key stakeholders, lead project managers, and engineers under the program.
Lead individual capital projects from initial definition to start-up, commissioning, and qualification.
Monitor program cost performance, chair regular program meetings, and develop risk mitigation plans.
Develop relationships with site leads and key stakeholders to balance project resource needs.
Drive application of industry standards and best practices.

Required
BS/MS Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related discipline; 10-20 years in Engineering.
10+ years of hands-on project management for large capital investments ($5M+), presentation, organizational and documentation skills.
Experience with facility and equipment start-up and manufacturing in sterile cGMP pharmaceutical operations. Strong background with Sterile GMP guidelines, EU standards.
Project management training or certification.
Strong communication and interactive skills, capable of leading and directing project teams as required.
Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.
Excellent verbal, writing and computing skills. Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, CAD and Navisworks.
