Responsibilities

Analyzes lead times, queue times, work-in-process, cycle times, and throughput to meet customer demand most effectively and efficiently

Builds scalable and sustainable models to optimize product flow, while incorporating cost, schedule, and resource constraints

Develops optimized scheduling tools and aligns SAP/MRP systems with an executable plan given various capacity constraints

Incorporates complex interdependencies within a system to account for the interaction of multiple cost centers, programs, equipment, and tools

Communicates requirements planning and systems framework with IT, ERP, business analytics, and data science teams

Works with developers to design an interactive user interface that will be effective at scheduling jobs across cost centers

Guides digital transformation efforts to align with sector and enterprise strategies

Leads and drives positive change using iterative and agile methodologies

Creates new metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance

Required

Bachelor's in science degree with 1 or more years of engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis experience; OR a Master’s in Science degree with 0 or more years of engineering, manufacturing, or data analysis experience.

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain Program access.

MRP/MES experience.

Strong expertise using excel, including macros, data mining, and pivot tables.

Experience with data mining, data analysis, or data visualization software applications.

Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
