Responsibilities

Enterprise-wide monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems, networks, databases, and web-based security.

Conducting vulnerability assessments and monitoring systems, network, databases, and the web for potential system breaches.

Responding to alerts from information security tools and investigating, reporting, and resolving security incidents.

Recommending and implementing changes to enhance systems security and prevent unauthorized access.

Researching security trends, new methods, and techniques used in unauthorized access of data to preemptively eliminate the possibility of system breach.

Overseeing internal or external systems security, ensuring right access to the right systems at the right times.

Leading and mentoring other team members, developing innovative approaches, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Required

10+ years of IT experience in a large scale environment

3+ years of experience in packet broker engineering, Gigamon, Ixia, and Arista

3+ years of network management, including performing network troubleshooting and working directly with packet broker devices

Preferred

Demonstrated history showing increasing responsibility and corresponding achievement

Demonstrated leadership and cross-team partnership experience
