Responsibilities

Exhibits strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and stays current with industry trends.

Lead strategic market research and competitive intelligence projects.

Collect and analyze secondary and primary research data.

Develop market forecasting models and strategic insights.

Create collateral for teams and manage survey incentives procurement.

Recruit and interview customers for feedback on healthcare technology.

Recommend research process improvements and stay current on market research tools.

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required

Minimum of 5-10 years of previous work experience in the healthcare space in a Market Research or Competitive Intelligence role involving hands-on project work; combination of corporate and vendor/consulting side experience a plus.

Previous experience and familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative market research methodology.

Ability to create marketing collateral and deliver research findings

Proficient in Excel and advanced analytics software (e.g., SPSS, Q, Python).

Expert knowledge in competitive intelligence tools, such as Crayon, and experience in healthcare technology market analysis.

Expertise/aptitude in online survey programming.

Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.

Experience working with cross functional staff, management, and senior executives.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, and/or Healthcare.

Graduate degree in Business, Statistics/Analytics, Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
