Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced analytics models and strategies to support business growth, customer retention, and market expansion efforts.

Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pharmacy services market.

Leverage big data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and operations.

Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial strategies.

Work closely with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.

Continuously seek and implement improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Proven expertise in analytics, market research, and statistical modeling techniques.

Strong proficiency in analytics software and tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).

Demonstrated experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or a related industry is highly desirable.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effectively presenting complex information to non-technical audiences.
