Responsibilities
Responsible for working with / or without Sales early in the process to Articulate the overall value of HPE Hybrid Cloud Strategy
Technically qualify opportunities that will drive HPE GreenLake / Hybrid Cloud solutions.
Advise Sales on the recommended technical approach and solution.
Responsible for architecture of end-to-end Hybrid Cloud solution with deep technical expertise in all aspects of HPE GreenLake hybrid cloud solutions.
Drives architecture of solutions to ensure customers hybrid cloud business and technical requirements are met.
In a complex Hybrid Cloud deal, the principal architect will be responsible for the end-to-end technical solution & customizations orchestrating other SAs, TAs and including Digital Presales as well as Product Management.
As a principal architect you will review and provide insights based on HW and SW technical configurations for the solution addressing the customer requirements and ensuring successful project implementation
As a principal architect will include developing deep partnerships with HPE partners, ISVs and other key partners to design solutions to solve emerging and complex problems for customers across Industries, workloads.
Architects & design Hybrid Cloud Solutions that deliver against customers transformation requirements and business challenges.
Excels in delivering Demos and Proof of Concept on solutions as well as clearly articulating the value proposition aligned to customer use case.
Translate customer business and functional objectives to technical solution requirements.
Shape/customize solution across the entire company portfolio (products, services, solutions) with necessary third-party components and offered as either CAPEX or HPE GreenLake Solutions, SaaS, and IaaS.
Close alignment with product management.
Works with Sales to articulate technical value, present solutions, and overcome customer objections.
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and hand-over to the delivery team.
Sizing, design, configuration, and pricing of a technical solutions, using sizing and industry best practices.

Required
12+ years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
2+ Industry standard relevant technology certifications or equivalent experience expected.
You have significant experience in a similar role, where you provided both solution, technical and commercial leadership in the delivery of solutions.
You are good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen―you are aligned to HPE core values
Strong resource management skills, including how and when to effectively engage SMEs/specialists.
Hands on experience with multiple products, solutions, tools, or services aligned to respective job responsibility.
Ability to design and develop a playbook for demonstrations or walk throughs of products, solutions, tools, or service.
Ability to deliver live demonstrations or walk throughs of products, solutions, tools, or service to customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Unique mastery of partner offerings and how/when to leverage them for deals within an area of specialization.
You are a professional with strong business acumen and general management guidance abilities
You can build relationships with C-level executives in client organizations
You have experience preparing RFP/Tender response documents like compliance to the RFP, bill of materials, commercial/pricing, and solution documents to drive a successful response.
Preferred
Advanced degree in technology or related field preferred, or equivalent technical qualifications
Enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies and certifications are desirable.
Working knowledge of hands-on with one of major public clouds (Amazon, Azure, Google) – certifications preferred.
