Responsibilities
Develop a clear and compelling product strategy for digital products, considering market trends, user needs, and business objectives. Define the product vision, positioning, and target market.
Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for digital products, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful execution.
Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences. Translate these insights into clear product requirements and user stories that guide the development process.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces. Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and user testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
Champion an agile development methodology, collaborating closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features in iterative cycles. Drive efficient and effective development processes, ensuring timely releases.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and sales teams, to gather input, gain buy-in, and align product strategies with broader organizational goals. Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Analyze user metrics, engagement data, and feedback to iterate and enhance digital products continuously.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the digital space. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to product management teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital (web/mobile) products.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
Strong understanding of the digital industry, market trends, and user behavior.
Experience with agile development methodologies and processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
