Responsibilities

As a leader and manager within our organization, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and inclusion where everyone can do their best work.

You will achieve success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.

Drive product development with a team of world-class PMs and engineers to deliver innovative VMs and related features.

Engage with external and internal customers to understand their needs and partner with others to develop solutions to address those needs.

Collaborate with engineering and Product and Program Management teams across Azure to integrate new technologies and features into the VM offerings

Develop and execute long-range plans and the team’s core objectives and key results.

Develop scalable processes that increase team agility.

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management OR equivalent experience.

4+ years people management experience.

3+ years experience working in virtual machines or cloud based services.

2+ years experience working with server hardware.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

6+ years people management experience.
