Responsibilities

Champion and curate the vision for your product initiatives, continually refine it based on customer insights, and rally the team around it.

Define the product priorities and short, medium, and long-term roadmap. Use data and good judgment to drive alignment around tradeoff decisions.

Deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, working with them to drive high-quality, customer and data-backed product decisions.

Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of the team’s work.

Work cross-functionally to take new products and features to market in a way that maximizes their success.

Required

8+ years of Product Management experience in a consumer software company

Demonstrated track record of high-quality decision-making

Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to quickly command trust and drive alignment with cross-functional partners and executives

Strong product sense

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making

Strong strategic thinking capabilities with an action-oriented mindset

Entrepreneurial and creative attitude

Experience working with complex or highly regulated products

Preferred

Experience in building financial technology products
