Responsibilities
Deliver innovative platform solutions that reduce cognitive load, save costs, and improve the performance and reliability of engineering systems across the company
Work backwards from internal customers across the company to understand product and feature needs
Utilize various feedback gathering techniques, including surveys, interviews, product analytics, etc. to gain insight into customer needs
Disambiguate customer problems and translate them into clearly defined minimum viable products
Drive and improve key product metrics and business goals
Collaborate with engineering, finance, procurement, and other functions to balance tradeoffs between costs, technical feasibility, timelines, and other constraints
Partner with engineering to prioritize product capabilities and engineering needs
Execute on go-to-market internally to drive adoption, usage, and closing the feedback loop
Contribute to setting the strategic vision for the platform

Required
B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering/Statistics (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in product management working on cloud or developer tools
10+ years of industry experience in software services
2+ years of experience as a software developer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of modern cloud services and architectural patterns
Preferred
Masters in Business Administration
