Responsibilities

Shape the product strategy and GTM for HelixGPT as the foundational technology that empowers our platform’s innovation and capabilities.

Lead HelixGPT’s GenAI advancements by defining the roadmap for LLM integration, prompt engineering, model optimization, and deployment options.

Champion the unification of product, R&D, UX, and GTM teams to forge unparalleled synergy and relentless execution.

Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for HelixGPT, positioning it as the leading solution in the ESM and ServiceOps space.

Champion partnerships in both product and GTM with top AI players such as OpenAI, Azure, GCP, and AWS to enhance HelixGPT’s capabilities and market reach.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation by leading design partner programs, leveraging customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to enhance HelixGPT’s product offerings.

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of success in driving the development and launch of innovative products.

Experience with AI technologies and Service Management or related domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, etc).

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
