Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of unmet customer/market needs and identify AI/ML approaches to address clinical development challenges

Translate product strategy into technical requirements and specifications

Document requirements using Agile methodology for Epics and User Stories

Participate in Triage sessions, Sprint Planning, and Backlog grooming

Develop metrics to assess product success and define necessary enhancements

Scope and prioritize product development activities based on business impact

Collaborate with engineering team for quick time-to-market development

Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Manage product delivery through Agile development, lead product documentation, and create project plans

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Master's degree in data science, or in a related discipline preferred

10 + years of proven experience in enterprise software product management preferred

Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for supervised and unsupervised approaches

Experience determining data that can be used for ground truthing

Experience designing and implementing solutions that incorporate NLP

Knowledge of the pharma and life sciences

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Self-motivated to prioritize and manage

Experience with Agile

Experience with enterprise software that utilizes AI/ML/NLP

Must have understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development

Specialized knowledge in AI/ML or closely related skill set

Must have strong technical aptitude
