Responsibilities
Owning product vision, feature set, and roadmap. You will conceive, build and maintain product, platform and features that deliver on our promise of issuing the most transparent and trustworthy stablecoins.
Collaborating with various teams across Circle, understanding customer and internal pain points and discussing new product ideas, communicating product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and gaining alignment as well as unblocking progress.
Identifying risks to the business and preparing mitigation plans using tools, alerts and dashboards to surface them to internal stakeholders.
Working closely with engineering, data and finance teams to build automated and scalable financial processes to validate our money movements.
Interacting with multiple product teams to deeply understand their products and fund flows, and translating their flows into product requirements for our treasury and accounting systems.
Managing multiple parallel projects and iterations alongside engineering, and ensuring the delivery of feature releases.
Identifying and prioritizing product and process improvements that make our internal teams move faster and unlock business velocity.

Required
More than 10 years of product management experience, having evolved product portfolios that have attracted meaningful customer adoption and generated significant revenue.
Owned product strategy for complex financial products.
Experience identifying and managing risks associated with products owned.
Mentored other product managers in the past.
Demonstrated experience influencing partners and executives in order to achieve results.
Previous domain expertise in accounting, reconciliation, treasury management or other financial systems use cases.
Ideally previous technical experience with building products for financial transformation teams on a global scale.
Tremendously excited by the prospect of financial services built on crypto assets and public blockchain infrastructure.
Detail-oriented, highly analytical and comfortable digging into data.
Led several complex product initiatives from beginning to end.
Successfully maintained and grown products which generated/impacted material revenue.
Fantastic communicator both verbally and in writing.
Used to effectively interfacing with customers and executives, as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
Able to influence partners and get to consensus.
Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment with teams spanning multiple time-zones.
Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
