Responsibilities

Prioritize customer needs that drive business value

Influence high-level product planning and strategic vision

Build mechanisms to gain and ingest customer feedback

Prioritize competing opportunities based on business and customer impact

Collaborate, coordinate, and drive alignment with senior leaders and key partners across engineering, design, marketing, legal, data science, etc.

Drive implementation/execution of complex product enhancements across numerous teams

Collaborate with skilled designers and developers to deliver products quickly in an agile environment

Quickly learn and apply Mortgage and/or Real Estate knowledge

Required

8+ years of experience in product management, focusing on technology products and cross-functional teams.

Deep experience collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Experienced with defining projects, writing requirements, and coordinating projects across multiple teams and organizations.

Proficient in defining projects, writing requirements, and coordinating across multiple teams and organizations.

Demonstrated proficiency in employing an analytical approach to leverage data and deliver tangible results.

Strong leadership skills, setting the product vision and gaining support from leadership.

Makes decisions to address widespread shifts in technology, impacting cross-organization plans and ensures resources and mechanisms are established for effective execution.

Proven track record to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Product decisions, solutions, and suggestions are accurate and successful when judged over time.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

Ability to find common ground, lead, inspire, and mentor.
