Responsibilities

Oversee technical support provided by field engineers/technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, or repair systems/applications.

Serve as a product expert for the proprietary AI/ML based Discovery product.

Provide strategic consulting to enterprise customers on processes including integration, site optimization, and AI tuning.

Analyze trends and patterns in cases and customer feedback to proactively address customer pain points.

Conduct regular meetings to review business needs and take corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive issue resolution.

Perform root cause analysis of issues and assist customers in maximizing the benefits of Bloomreach Discovery software.

Communicate complex technical issues via email and in person.

Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

Required

Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

6 years progressive experience as Lead Solution Engineer, Associate System Analyst, Software Engineer or related occupation

Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:

AI/ML modeling and tuning

IAM, AWS, Grafana, Sumologic, Datadog, Nexla, Qubole, SOLR, Blazemeter, Kibana, Auth0 or A/B testing

Core Java and Java libraries and frameworks

RESTful Web Services and API regex

Database querying including SQL, Big Query, Cassandra and Amazon Redshift

Working with integration patterns and frameworks including Apache Camel and Spring Integration

Preferred
