Responsibilities

This role is responsible for reviewing the content eco landscape and defining opportunities to improve, in some cases this role will be responsible for driving those opportunities to a successful deliverable. This encompasses areas such as discoverability, navigation, quality, formatting, and persona driven content organization.

Inform and help coordinate the content ecosystem strategy strategies across multiple teams and organizations.

Work with marketing and other internal partners to inform and coordinate the audience acquisition.

Identify Content Ecosystem Team data needs and coordinate with the appropriate internal data teams to support specific strategy initiatives and ongoing program monitoring.

Identify the suitability for purpose and execution plan for an embedded LLM.

Understand and prioritize content discoverability issues.

Understand and prioritize content navigation issues.

Manage expectations, alignment and communications with customers and stakeholders through cadenced meetings, reports, statuses, reviews etc.

Required

5+ years of software Program Management experience.

5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Content Management.

3+ years of experience in workflow management and process optimization.

Audience acquisition experience.

ML/AI experience.

Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred. Education in technical area preferred or equivalent work experience

Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications required with in-depth knowledge of Oracle’s products/services/applications preferred

Experience in defining functional specifications for software applications, processes and capabilities

Ability to learn quickly and work independently while dealing with ambiguous situations, with a strong positive attitude

Strong cross-group collaboration in solving complex problems

Ability to anticipate and analyze risks and develop mitigation plans

Detail-oriented, organized, critical thinker

Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
