Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including management, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating any financial risks to stay within budget constraints.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, incorporating lean manufacturing principles and lessons learned from previous projects.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and developing team members’ skills and capabilities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, or mechanical preferred) with 10+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
Have experience in one or more of JM’s core manufacturing areas including: insulation products, roofing membranes, ISO board, bituminous, glass fibers, composite materials or other furnace related industries dealing with high temperature molten materials and the associated stringent equipment and process design requirements.
Strong project management skills for projects up to $150M, with expertise in CPP and project management processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (30%-70%) and work in typical manufacturing environments.

Preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera), and SAP.
