Responsibilities

Directing and overseeing tasks on large-scale federal evaluations of educational programs and policies.

Conducting rigorous quantitative analyses and synthesizing findings for diverse audiences, including policymakers.

Collaborating with teams to co-author insightful reports that influence educational practices and policies.

Mentoring and supporting staff in evaluation projects and proposal development.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our impact in the education sector.

Required

A doctoral degree in a social science field (e.g., economics, education, psychology, public policy, sociology) with a strong background in education research, or a master's degree with extensive relevant experience.

Proven experience in conducting and reporting quantitative or qualitative analyses.

In-depth involvement in federally funded evaluations of education programs.

Ability to lead and manage project activities effectively.
