Responsibilities
Pioneer systems strategy and create a vision for designing and optimizing Salesforce environment for rapid growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and Data Engineering leaders to translate business needs into efficient solutions within the system.
Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions spanning Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer support.
Manage technical ownership of projects and resources, integrate Salesforce with different business systems, and work with integration tools.
Utilize technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, Force.com, and more.
Ensure environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies are followed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or related technical field is required or Master's degree is required.
Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions spanning Sales, Marketing, Services and Customer support is preferred in Manufacturing domain.
15+ years of software development experience in designing complex, enterprise-wide business solutions.
7+ years of Salesforce Development experience on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Minimum 2+ year hands-on experience in designing and building 3rd party system integrations with Salesforce.
Technical ownership of projects and managing resources
Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaborations skills.
Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members.
Experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com and external integrations using Workato or other middleware technologies.
Good knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Trigger, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL/SOSL, API, Force.com.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, as the Force.com
Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.
Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls.
Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ETL, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations.
Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Manufacturing company experience
Domestic and international implementation experience.
Preferred
Manufacturing company experience is plus.
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certified.
Salesforce Service Cloud Certified
Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certified
