Responsibilities
Generate revenue by expanding word with existing clients and developing new clients
Deliver high quality products to clients
Support the career growth of staff
Promote and expand the firm's reputation, as well as one's personal reputation, by presenting at scientific conferences and publishing in the peer-reviewed scientific literature
Understands and reinforces Integral's Health and Safety Program and Quality Management Program
Ensures that work is performed by the most appropriate staff and in accordance with the applicable standard of care and applicable licensure requirements.

Required
Advanced degree in toxicology, industrial hygiene, epidemiology, biology, chemistry, environmental health, or similar field
At least 15 years of directly relevant experience (i.e., in environmental consulting)
Pertinent certifications (e.g., DABT, BCES, CIH, Certified Senior Ecologist)
Successful track record in generating $1M/year in business and completing projects on time, on schedule, and with high quality
At least 5 years of experience managing technically complex projects and supervising the work of a high-functioning, multidisciplinary team
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high quality work products
