Responsibilities

Set strategic direction and align the work with business value and reinforce that value and direction across the business, staying tightly aligned with product leadership.

Share solution concepts with others in a way that gains buy in and understanding.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify problems, understand and prioritize business requirements, and translate those into holistic solutions with an eye for the future.

Help grow and strengthen Penta’s business by improving its technology, processes, and people.

Provide open, honest feedback to all members of the team, keeping the best interest of the business and product as the priorities.

Act as a mentor and technical leader for our team of software engineers. Continuously elevate them through knowledge transfer and skills growth to tackle development solutions independently, while ensuring they know when and how to escalate.

Extensive and proven experience working in cloud-based environments, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), its tools and technologies; ideally overlapping with our tech stack: Azure, C#, .NET Core, React, CosmosDB.

Experience shipping customer-facing software.

Experience and knowledge in data modeling, database design, and building applications and services at scale using industry best practices.

Proven experience building SOC-2 compliant products using CI/CD practices.
