Required

8+ years of software development experience with very high proficiency in Go, Java, Python, C#, NodeJS or other object-oriented languages suitable for writing back end web services.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, program managers, and analysts on critically important projects

Find opportunities to promote and support existing ZHL processes

Passionate about engineering and distributed systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for collaborating across organizational boundaries.

Comfortable distilling informal customer requirements into problem definitions, resolving ambiguity, and balancing ambitious objectives.

Passionate about mentorship, and coaching/onboarding/leading teammates.

A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent work experience

Experience in the Mortgage industry and familiarity with the tools and applications used
