Responsibilities
Provide expert-level guidance on software architecture, design, and development across multiple projects. You’ll be the person everyone turns to for advice on tackling the most complex technical challenges.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems. You’ll ensure that our systems are robust, maintainable, and built to last, setting the standard for engineering excellence.
Mentor and support other engineers, helping them to grow their skills and advance in their careers. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering team.
Establish and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. You’ll be the guardian of code quality, ensuring that all software meets the highest standards before it’s released.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals. You’ll translate complex requirements into actionable technical strategies.
Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team. You’ll help us explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can give us a competitive edge.
Tackle the most challenging technical issues that arise during development. Whether it’s debugging a tricky problem or optimizing performance, you’ll be the engineer who finds the solutions no one else can.

Required
Extensive experience in software development, with deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Proven ability to design and implement complex, scalable systems.
Experience mentoring and guiding other engineers, with a track record of helping teams deliver high-quality software.
Exceptional ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A great sense of humor.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience as a senior or principal engineer.
Proven experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with a strong understanding of full-stack development.
Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
Preferred
Certifications in cloud architecture, microservices, or other relevant technologies.
Contributed to open-source projects or published papers on software engineering.
