Responsibilities
Guide the requirements identification, software design, implementation, and testing of large-scale features for customers in the Life Science industry
Engage in and lead team discussions, feature planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings as well as product architecture and other technical decision-making
Actively participate in continuous improvement through testing, code reviews, and leveling up of teammates through coaching/mentoring and sharing expertise
Help the team effectively manage the workload of feature work, quality improvements, and tech debt
Diagnose and fix production issues reported by internal and external users

Required
Bring 10+ years of experience delivering & maintaining successful products to market
Bring strong experience with modern .NET and JS/TS programming experience
Have demonstrated problem-solving and software design/architecture and mentoring skills.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively and when necessary, willing to write high-quality documentation to help the team share knowledge.
Preferred
CI/CD and cloud hosting experience and/or background with lab automation experience is a plus
