Responsibilities
Take ownership of product features and drive implementation across the backend and frontend components of the software stack.
Adapt the latest AI models and techniques to the use case, contributing to model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimizing inference.
Collaborate with team members in a fully remote work environment, focusing on autonomy and cross-functional teamwork.
Design experiments to validate product changes and ensure software quality.

Required
A history of consistent top performance and a desire for a mission-driven work culture.
5+ years of experience in full stack Software Engineering.
Curiosity for LLM applications and familiarity with using AI for development (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor)
Location within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone.
Preferred
Familiarity with our tech stack is preferred, including React, TypeScript, NodeJS, Azure and SQL.
