Responsibilities
Coaches the team to deliver success through empowerment and accountability.
Establishes clear objectives and outcomes; Enables success across boundaries; Helps the team adapt and learn.
Attracts and retains great people; Knows each individual’s capabilities and aspirations; Invests in the growth of others.
Guides partnership with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements within and across teams.
Guides team to drive multiple group's project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with appropriate stakeholders.
Creates proposals for strategy, architecture and design documents and gets buy-in for proposed solutions.
Guides team in creating clear and articulated plan for development, testing, deploying, monitoring and defines success for success.
Guides teams and leads identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
Guides team within and across teams in producing extensible, and maintainable code.
Leads efforts to operationalize at scale by reducing incident volume, looking globally at incidences and providing broad resolutions.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
4+ years people management experience
Software Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
