Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices
Develop and maintain an infrastructure modernization strategy and roadmap
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and practices to enhance infrastructure performance and resilience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation
Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams on infrastructure best practices, including cloud adoption, DevOps, and automation
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the infrastructure
Conduct regular assessments and audits of the infrastructure to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and best practices
Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of technology
Mentor and develop the skills of junior architects and engineers

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on modernization initiatives
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure projects
Extensive experience with data center and cloud migration
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and automation practices
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
Significant experience in managing Data Center OT (Operational Technology) systems
Experience with Cloud AI solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Expertise in networking, security, and systems architecture
Preferred
Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and ITIL
