Responsibilities
Architect and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance DevSecOps pipelines.
Design and integrate cloud-native solutions utilizing the Microsoft stack, specifically MAUI, enhancing security and performance in mobile and desktop applications.
Provide guidance on secure application development practices across CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and serverless architectures.
Conduct in-depth security and application assessments to identify risks and implement end-to-end DevSecOps strategies.
Collaborate with clients to deliver cost-effective, scalable, and secure cloud solutions with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
Partner with stakeholders across engineering, design, and operations to embed DevSecOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
Lead technology selection and architectural improvements to streamline cloud transformation and application delivery.
Act as a thought leader for DevSecOps practices, guiding both clients and internal teams through best practices and innovative solutions.
Mentor junior engineers in DevSecOps principles, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Stay updated on emerging DevSecOps technologies, cloud security trends, and frameworks such as NIST and compliance as code.
Support business development through pre-sales, SOW creation, and proposal presentations.

Required
10+ years in IT consulting, with 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps and cloud consulting.
Hands-on experience architecting and delivering secure solutions leveraging Microsoft MAUI for cross-platform development.
Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms with relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS DevOps Professional, etc.).
Expertise in DevSecOps tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of secure coding practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR).
Proven ability to lead technical teams, foster innovation, and deliver scalable solutions across multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
Demonstrated success in mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Preferred
Experience with cloud-native security solutions, microservices architecture, and policy-as-code implementations.
Proficiency in mobile and desktop development using Microsoft MAUI.
Track record of driving organic business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Demonstrated success in engaging with partner ecosystems to deliver superior solutions.
