Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the VP to set and execute strategic goals, initiatives, and priorities for the AI organization.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Act as a thought partner, helping identify challenges and opportunities for growth and innovation.

Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and ensuring organizational alignment.

Oversee OKR (Objectives and Key Results) tracking and reporting to ensure the team remains on target.

Prepare the VP for key meetings, including creating agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.

Serve as a key liaison between the VP, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment and clarity across initiatives.

Craft communications, updates, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts, collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and other teams to deliver on goals.

Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

Identify and address team needs proactively, ensuring the team has the resources and support to succeed.

Required

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a similar role

Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, ideally supporting executive leadership

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence at all levels

High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across diverse teams

Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion)

Preferred

advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.)

Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or adjacent technology fields
