Responsibilities
Provide data thought leadership by staying up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, crafting value propositions for TAPS for internal and external audiences, hosting monthly Solutions/Sales/Strategy syncs to identify areas of opportunity or improvement.
Function as the data technology and strategy subject matter expert, acting as a client steward and trusted partner, ensuring the technology ecosystem fits together while leading the implementation of any desired changes and proactively suggesting optimizations to improve the product and workflows.
Lead input and feedback from multiple executive-level stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities while adhering to go-forward plan
Drive the adoption of Audience-based planning and buying tools including TAPS
Identify new capabilities and manage the product development roadmap for TAPS
Build and implement impactful product launches to deliver tangible commercial results by coordinating with wider marketing disciplines (Content, Brand Design, Communications & Demand Gen)
Lead discussions with key activation partners in partnership with technology platforms and Tinuiti engineering teams to develop and implement data flows from TAPS into key activation platforms
Own data partnerships including internal POVs, partnership details and documentation of methodology

Required
12-15+ years of experience within a media agency or marketing technology firm
4+ years of relevant programmatic experience or relevant experience within an audience data solutions platform
Experience with relevant advertising technologies: Ad servers, Dynamic Creative Optimization platforms, and Demand Side Platforms
Experience with audience-based research solutions: Survey-based, Panel-based, and Identity-based.
Knowledge of digital media campaign configuration, activation, optimization and reporting processes.
Extensive experience leading and managing marketing technology projects from ideation through installation
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights
Ability to lead in an environment of fast-moving change and high expectations
Excellent internal communication skills and experience working with senior level executives
Excellent project management and time keeping skills
Experience with designing and reading media tests & experiments
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, and ownership of challenges to the completion
Proven success working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders of varying levels and skilled backgrounds, and proficiency for creating informative and educational content for wide-scaled distribution
Strong working knowledge of Google Drive with experience building presentations in Google Slides
