Responsibilities

Lead Cross-Functional Teams to deliver high complexity projects under strict timelines.
Drive projects from initial concept through incubation, development, delivery, and ongoing operations.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members from various departments to achieve project goals.
Clearly define project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members.
Ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives across all stakeholders
Conduct comprehensive analysis and strategic planning for high-complexity cross-functional projects.
Develop detailed project requirements and standards, ensuring thorough documentation and planning.
Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address questions, and resolve challenges.
Develop and implement value creation processes with clear inputs and outputs.
Establish and monitor performance KPIs to track project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Review and analyze existing workstreams to identify areas for improvement.
Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency, speed, and overall productivity.
Communicate effectively with executives, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
Write comprehensive project review documents, including status reports, post-mortem analyses, and lessons learned.

Required

10+ years in business, product or operations planning.
Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven track record of successfully managing high-complexity, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Excellent executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise project review documents.
Experience in Datacenter operations, software/hardware development is critical.

Preferred

Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) from an accredited institution preferred.
Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies are a plus.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
