Responsibilities
Evolving and improving the Technology Operating Rhythm, including setting strategy, building capability, monitoring performance, inspiring employees, and instilling accountability
Facilitating and driving operating mechanisms within the Technology Operating Rhythm to achieve operational excellence, align on direction, make decisions, and remove blockers for strategic initiatives
Orchestrating development of executive-level presentations and content for board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other forums
Developing narratives highlighting outcomes in the Technology ecosystem and their connection to strategy
Defining and leading strategic programs that are often nascent and/or ambiguous

Required
Experience in using structured approaches to simplify complex problems and develop data-backed solutions, combining creativity with a keen business sense
Ability to generate innovative insights, ideas, and opportunities that help advance the business
Has used an understanding of strategy, business, and operational performance to improve operations in a way that delivers better customer experiences, growth or efficiency
Ability to navigate between the big picture and execution details simultaneously
Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the company
Ability to develop a clear point-of-view and influence executives persuasively, including helping executives think differently
Track record of taking extreme ownership in driving to decisions and outcomes
Self-motivation and willingness to address issues proactively within teams and across a large organization
Experience with leading significant change at scale across a large organization, including acting as a catalyst to accelerate outcomes
Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong, trusted relationships across a team to achieve a shared goal
Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
Demonstrated success in quickly absorbing knowledge in different domains in order to become an expert in new areas
Ability to think broadly but also go deeply when appropriate
Experience with developing and executing an operating rhythm for a large technology organization
Experience with developing board-level content, including framing complex information into content that is simple to understand
10 or more years in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, or communications, ideally in the technology domain
A broad understanding of technology and software development, either through a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or through equivalent practical experience
