Responsibilities
Collaborate across teams and organizations, acting as a liaison for engineering with partners in Product Management, Design, UX Research, HR, and Marketing.
Work with senior Engineering leaders to define, measure, and inspect product delivery metrics.
Partner with data analysts to own, scale, and improve the engineering rhythm of the business dashboard, including insights from engineering, finance, procurement, and HR.
Lead scope, prioritization, and execution of strategic engineering programs across the Engineering organization.
Drive engagement, collaboration, and alignment as a leader within the TPM community at Zillow.

Required
8+ years of Technical Program Management experience with related technologies, including leading significant cross functional projects in mid-size or large companies
4+ years of hands-on experience building software solutions within current industry standard technologies
Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize tasks
Ability to influence partners and build alignment around vision
Ability to prioritize multiple opposing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid technical skills, able to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
Proven track record delivering large-scale initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering products that delight our customers.
Strong communication and leadership skills, able to drive consensus and process improvements.
Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Software Development Managers to achieve business objectives.
Ability to dive into technical details, make suitable trade-offs, and ensure project success.
