Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of advanced printing materials and technologies
Conduct in-depth process audits and optimization trials
Provide expert technical support and training on our digital products
Collaborate with R&D to shape the future of printing technology
Work closely with commercial leaders to develop technical strategies
Travel to client sites (70%+) to solve complex printing challenges

Required
Deep understanding of flexographic printing processes and technologies
Experience with digital workflows, particularly Esko software
Strong background in color management and print quality optimization
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams
Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends
