Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on data protection and privacy issues, particularly in the SaaS industry.

Handle transactional matters, including data protection agreements and escalations from the commercial team.

Support the privacy program with programmatic work, including compliance and operations program oversight.

Manage rights and access under Data Protection Agreements (DPA) and vendor onboarding processes.

Conduct training and awareness sessions on privacy practices within the organization.

Work with cross-functional business partners to represent the privacy team in negotiations, advice, and counseling.

Oversee transactional programs, certifications, and work with outside counsel.

Provide advice on AI strategy, data governance, and incident response.
