Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects.

Ensure project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance.

Identify contributors (as applicable) and maintain clear status updates,

Serve as a key point of contact for all internal communications involving project activities.

Ensure all internal stakeholders are informed of project progress and decisions on a regular basis through meetings, updates, and strategic reports.

Allocate appropriate resources and ensure their availability.

Manage and resolve any resource conflicts while keeping internal stakeholders informed of the change.

Identify project risks and potential issues, developing mitigation and resolution strategies.

Track project performance while ensuring Monday.com and Timecamp data is accurate and reliable.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are followed.

Oversee the quality of outputs and final products.

Provide daily updates to Pod leaders & weekly progress reports to CX Leads and other internal stakeholders.

Provide a monthly summary report and a comprehensive quarterly review of all projects worked by the Pod.
