Responsibilities

Develop and manage a structured content strategy to align with privacy compliance needs.

Plan and organize workflows for documentation management and tooling support.

Create and maintain essential documentation, such as SOPs, FAQs, and policies.

Implement systems for the organization, storage, retrieval, and maintenance of documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams to support automation and documentation tools.

Develop end-to-end program documentation to support regulatory discussions and audits.

Create comprehensive playbooks for existing and new processes, such as Data Protection Officer (DPO) activities and Data Subject Rights (DSR) policies.

Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
