Responsibilities
Assortment Strategy Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design a comprehensive private label assortment strategy.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Align the assortment strategy with the brand vision and consumer needs.
Project Management
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Address and resolve any project-related issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Co-Manufacturer Identification and Onboarding
Identify and evaluate potential co-manufacturers that align with business objectives and quality standards.
Lead negotiations and establish strong partnerships with selected co-manufacturers.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth collaboration.
Product Development
Collaborate with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to develop high-quality products.
Ensure all products meet specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to streamline the product development process.
Launch Planning and Execution
Develop and execute product launch plans to maximize market impact and drive sales.
Coordinate marketing, sales, and distribution efforts for cohesive product introductions.
Monitor and assess the success of product launches to identify areas for improvement.
