Responsibilities
• Facilitate, map and mentor process development for team and system processes.
• Responsible for adhering to process standards.
• Partner with DNA First Line Risk team during process development and Risk and Control Self- Assessment (RCSA) execution
• Effective challenge process map updates and Impact Analysis Documents (IADs) for Change Management
• Provide updates on priorities to meet target dates and escalate blockers or risks

Required
4- 7+ year of experience with Change Management, Process Improvement, Process Management, or Technology
Fluent in Blueworks Live or similar process mapping tool
Preferred
Experience in risk identification
Experience in process improvement
Experience in change management
A background in collections or financial operations
