Responsibilities
Facilitate, map, and mentor process development for team and system workflows.
Ensure strict adherence to established process standards.
Partner with the First Line Risk team during process development and Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) execution.
Effectively challenge updates to process maps and Impact Analysis Documents (IADs) during change management.
Provide regular updates on priorities, ensuring target dates are met, and escalate blockers or risks as needed.

Required
7+ years of experience in Change Management, Process Improvement, Process Management, or Technology.
Proficiency with Blueworks Live or similar process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
Expertise in process mapping, data flow, and creating strategic support for business operations (e.g., collections, credit strategy, digital initiatives).
Strong understanding of process reviews against standards and risk identification.
Experience in operational risk with a focus on process improvement.
Ability to coach and mentor process owners.
Familiarity with FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk identification.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
Basic understanding of data mapping and data flow concepts.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred
Financial services background.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, or Black Belt.
