Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, implementing, and improving SDLC processes in accordance with Standards and Regulations
Strong focus on process standardization, policy creation, and continuous education to ensure that processes are consistently followed and optimized
Identifying process gaps and developing solutions to improve the overall effectiveness of processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes
Monitoring and analyzing process performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure processes remain effective and relevant.
Provide process consulting to teams
Provide trainings, creating training content in support of the processes
Contribute to broad, cross-functional projects and initiatives
Participate in audits and inspections
Contribute to continual improvement activities

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 5-7 years of experience with at least 3 years of regulatory health care technology related work experience
Awareness of software development process
Strong communication skills
Preferred
At least 3 year of information technology work experience, preferably in area of process improvement or product development
Awareness / Experience working with ISO 9001:2015

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
