Responsibilities
Consult with process owners to identify and document business processes and controls.
Advise on the identification of risks and controls within processes.
Create test plans and test controls within business processes.
Evaluate control deficiencies and recommend new or enhanced controls.
Define risk mitigation action plans and monitor remediation.
Facilitate internal and external audits, coordinate resources, and manage issue remediation.
Develop relationships with business leaders and managers, staying aware of industry changes.
Utilize department processes and systems effectively, assist in department initiatives, and actively engage in professional development.

Required
BA in Risk Management, Business Operations, Compliance, Finance or a related field, OR 4+ years equivalent process control work experience
Proven experience with all Microsoft Office products
Must be able to utilize technology to enhance efficiencies
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work across organizational boundaries
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks with shifting deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with business documentation and control testing
Six Sigma knowledge and experience
MS Visio and SharePoint experience
