Responsibilities
Interview process subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand their processes.
Listen to business partner needs and surface the real need through probing questions.
Document information using analytical tools like spreadsheets and process maps.
Read and interpret process data.
Participate in process re-engineering efforts.
Facilitate process working sessions.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience
Strong listening skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling multiple tasks and working under time constraints in support of various assignments
Preferred
Certified Six Sigma or Lean
Self-motivated
Results-driven
Ability to apply an understanding of how processes should work
Ability to forge strong relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues
