Responsibilities
Review and analyze customer-provided data and process requirements for pyro processing systems or plants.
Conduct process calculations to select suitable equipment based on client product portfolio.
Interpret material test results, generate test reports, and create process flow charts and material balances.
Draft performance guarantees, approve purchase requisitions, and coordinate with vendors for process equipment.
Collaborate with customers' engineering staff, provide on-site inspections, and assist in equipment installation and startup.
Develop tests, methods, and procedures for evaluating pyro processing systems, oversee performance tests, and evaluate field installations.
Review data from Online-Monitoring systems, analyze product failure data, and participate in design reviews to improve products and systems.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety in all aspects of the role.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechanics, or Chemistry
3+ years as a Pyro Processing Engineer for the cement or similar industry
