Required
Bachelor’s Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in process control or similar roles in refining/chemical industries
8 years in controls supervision without a degree
Advanced skills in modeling, multivariable control, DeltaV, DCS/PLC configuration, and instrument tuning
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
Guide engineering efforts to ensure safe and compliant design across projects
Define and control project scopes to improve refinery operations and oversee work quality, budget, and timelines
Serve as a mentor and trainer to new engineers, keeping teams updated on technology and best practices
Lead and optimize control system design and implementation to enhance unit performance
Ensure the efficient operation of Process Control System (DCS), Multivariable Control (MVC), and Safety Instrumented System (SIS)
