Responsibilities
Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Develop and implement process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process flows.
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems in manufacturing equipment.
Develop and manage SCADA and HMI systems for monitoring and controlling automated processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into production lines.
Diagnose and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Use data from manufacturing systems to identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Generate and analyze reports to ensure process stability and compliance with specifications.
Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to support new product introductions (NPI).
Provide technical support during equipment installations, upgrades, and validations.
Ensure all processes adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
2–3 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
Proficiency in SCADA and HMI development and maintenance.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Preferred
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
Experience with robotics, vision systems, or other advanced manufacturing technologies.
Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
