Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes and tools to enhance coating performance and cost-effectiveness.
Lead or support new product trials, launches, and product development.
Troubleshoot and resolve coating process issues to ensure quality and compliance.
Oversee lab activities, calibration, and quality control testing.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Analyze and report production quality data and non-conformance issues.
Lead training efforts for production teams on quality control best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry advancements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in coatings, materials science, or manufacturing, with a focus on quality control and process improvement.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with laboratory equipment and quality assurance practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
