Responsibilities
Monitor, track, potential baume instrument installation
Reliability improvements through the plant
Work through project/plant troubleshooting list
Collect relevant information to design process improvements
Mechanical troubleshooting for conveyors or other wearable parts that cause downtime for spray dryers
Unit process monitoring and troubleshooting
Monitoring daily KPIs
Proactively searching for unit symptoms that could lead to failure (i.e. monitoring for dew point temps)

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2-3 Years of Experience
Experience in process manufacturing within an industrial setting
Preferred
Engineering in Training (EIT)
cGMP, Food/Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Bioscience experience highly desirable
