Responsibilities
Utilize hands-on problem solving, data analyses, and application of engineering, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles to improve assembly processes, product flow, product yields, and reducing cost.
Provide manufacturing support, process development, and continuous improvement for the Advanced Composites Manufacturing factory.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to a changing production factory environment to influence the successful execution of production goals and achieving operational excellence.

Required
BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent
2+ Years Engineering/Manufacturing experience
Prior experience in composite manufacturing a plus
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Preferred
Lean and Six Sigma Principles
PPV FAI
Prior experience in DoD manufacturing environment
